We spent the WHOLE day fighting with Budget customer service and roadside assistance trying to get a replacement suv. Nice customer service right? The next day (my wife's birthday) we could not leave the town of St George to site see since we had this pile of **** car. They suggested if that did not work, for me to start calling other Budget locations to see if I could find another vehicle. They told me to go buy a new fab battery and see if that would work? It was 10pm by this time. I called 24 Roadside Assistance and was treated like I was the problem. When arriving at my destination I could not use the fab to lock, or unlock the doors. The suv made it to St George Utah while sometimes turning itself off occasionally at stoplights, turning the bright lights on and off when it felt like it, had the crash warning system engage with no other vehicles or obstructions around. They shrugged their shoulders like so what. When leaving the garage when checking out, I told the two attendants processing my papers that the suv seemed to have an issue. The key fab was on the dashboard, and the suv did not recognize it? It took me 10 minutes of moving the fab around to different spots in the center console before it would start. I had problems with this suv before I left the parking lot. I rented an suv on 10-3-21 to drive to St George Utah for my vacation. Budget Rental Car at 7135 Gillespie St Las Vegas does not even deserve a one star rating.
